Omg, it's the Oligarch-punching SOVIET-MAN! Bitten by a radioactive communist while necking with his boyfriend, Pyotr soon discovered he has the strength of 1000 glorious soviet workers, can jump as high as the Kremlin, and can sense the dialectical web of life and materialist history (Soviet Sense!).

Using his newly enlarged proletarian brain, Pyotr created a formula for web shooters that let's him swing between buildings like an avenging spectre of social justice.

Taking to the streets, he protected the rights of Queer people throughout the USSR and beyond. He has prevented the deportation of Soviet-Koreans by Stalin's paranoiac tendency. He leaked Lenin's Jewish ancestry to the public to garner sympathy for the Jewish peoples despite Stalin's suppression.

However, Pyotr is hunted by the American defector J. Jonah Jameson (secretly a Trotskyist), the head of Stalin's secret task force to hunt down superheroes and place them under the authority of the State.

Accused of being a counter-revolutionary, Pyotr must defend the cause of communism whilst surviving the dangers of the Stalinist siege socialist state. Sometimes he works with the other commies, sometimes against. But always for the People!
